Identifying your preferences

Our first step is to identify the type of house, amenities, price and location you want.  We can build on a lot you already own or on land we have developed.  Or we can help you select a suitable building site in an area you prefer.  If you don’t have home plans, we can refer you to a qualified home designer or architect who can draw up blueprints or customize stock plans to meet your needs.
